• All prices for Products are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• We make every effort to display the colours, details, and images of our Products as accurately as possible. However, the visual representation may vary slightly due to your device's screen settings.

• All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any Product at any time. In the event a Product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and cancel the item from your order.

5. Placing an Order & Pricing
By placing an order through our Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products. Order confirmation, whether online or via email, is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and not an acceptance of it. Your order is accepted by us only when we dispatch the Product(s) to you. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed and added to your total order value during the checkout process.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders throughout India / to specific PIN codes only. [Please choose one]. Any delivery dates or timelines provided by us are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Returns/Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for Products based on a mere "change of mind" or if you simply do not like the Product.
  We stand by the quality of our Products. If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence. Upon validation of the issue, we will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we approve the return request.

All Content on this Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Natural Nuts or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Nuts's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, for any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order of Products, shall be limited to the monetary value of the Products purchased by you in the order giving rise to such claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in bengaluru.
